A Pennsylvania man has been sentenced today to four years in federal prison for his role in a series of deadly acts that took place in the Ohio River Valley last year.
Josepha Dukes, 55, of Philadelphia, was found guilty of the charges and ordered to pay $2.5 million in restitution. Dukes was sentenced to three years and a $2.5 million fine. A third victim was also sentenced to one year.
Dukes, who was originally charged with robbery, was sentenced today to five years and a $2.5 million fine. She was originally charged with kidnapping, sexually assaulting, and being sexually assaulted and later raped.
She was found guilty in November 2015 in a federal investigation of the murders of two police officers and the rape and murder of a police officer.

She is scheduled to a hearing in U. District Court in Philadelphia at 8:30 a.m.
The FBI will present the results of its investigation and Dukes will be sentenced before her case is set for hearing.
Dukes was also ordered to pay $2.5 million and $2.3 million in restitution.
Dukes was sentenced to five years and a $2.5 million fine.
